Do You Need Our Help?

If your heating system isn't performing as expected, you may be able to save time and money by check a few simple things. You might be able to solve the problem without our help:

Make sure your "SYSTEM SWITCH" is set to "ON". This switch is typically a traditional toggle switch that may have a RED cover-plate.
Check you circuit breaker panel to ensure that your heating system breaker is "ON".
If you have a gas furnace, verify that your gas supply is turned "ON".
Make sure your thermostat is "ON", is set to "HEAT", and the desired room temperature is set higher than the current ambient temperature.
Change your furnace filter and re-start your furnace.
